Turnabout Luxury Resale offers a 7-day return window for online orders to ensure your designer pieces meet your expectations. All items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and authentication certificates attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all luxury brand dust bags, boxes, and Turnabout security tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Authentication & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
